By accessing or using the Arbor Valley Cabinets website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the Provinces of Alberta and British Columbia. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes regarding project deposits, timelines, or installation policies will be communicated via the email provided during your inquiry or account registration.

2. User Conduct

Users of the gallery and inquiry system agree not to:

• Use the service to scrape design portfolios or project metadata for commercial use.
• Submit fraudulent project inquiries or impersonate other entities.
• Attempt to bypass the security of the self-hosted infrastructure or mail servers.
• Upload malicious code via the contact or file upload systems.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, including custom cabinetry designs, photography, and the parametric design software used for project generation, are the exclusive property of Arbor Valley Cabinets and its licensors. Use of our project imagery for third-party marketing requires prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arbor Valley Cabinets be liable for damages resulting from:

• Inaccurate measurements provided by the user via the inquiry form.
• Delays in material shipping from third-party hardware suppliers.
• Unauthorized access to project data transmitted via the web interface.
• Decisions made based on the preliminary visualization tools provided on the site.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any disputes relating to cabinetry installations or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Red Deer or Calgary, Alberta.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
